At Peaks, we think everyone should be able to invest, whatever your personal situation and however you use our website and app. Whether you see and hear well or prefer to use assistive tools: Peaks is for everyone.

For us, accessibility means you can easily use our services, information and features. That goes for everyone, with or without a disability.

Our approach

We keep working to make our website, app and services more accessible. We do this by:

• using clear, simple language, so information is easy to read and understand for as many people as possible
• designing our products and website to be easy to use
• regularly testing our products with assistive tools, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation
• taking your feedback seriously and improving where we can

Accessibility of our platform

We want our platform to be easy to use for everyone, including if you have a disability.

Our website and Webportal

The Peaks website and Webportal meet the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.

• you can zoom the website up to 400%
• every page of the website is easy to use with a keyboard, and the main images have descriptive text
• we use clear colour contrast and large, recognisable buttons
• all our PDFs work with screen readers

Our app

Our app works with your phone's accessibility settings.

For example, you can:

• make text bigger
• use the app with a screen reader or voice control
• use most parts of the app without complicated gestures

Using an Android phone? We've made a lot of improvements there and are now collecting feedback on them. Something not working well? Let us know.

Using an iPhone (iOS)? You may still run into some limitations. We're aware of them and working to fix them. These limitations probably won't affect you on our website.

We keep improving our platform to make it more accessible, so that as many people as possible can invest with Peaks.
