Accessibility Statement
At Peaks, we take measures to make our digital services accessible.
1. Accessibility Status of Peaks' Digital Services
Peaks strives to make its digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Below you’ll find an overview of the various platforms:
Peaks.com
The Peaks website now fully complies with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines. All major accessibility barriers have been resolved, ensuring the site is fully usable for everyone.
In addition, all legal PDF-documents have been optimized for use with screen readers, making them clear and accessible to all users.
We remain committed to continuously monitoring and improving accessibility to ensure that Peaks stays inclusive for everyone.
Web portal
The Peaks web portal almost fully complies with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines.
Not all findings from our internal accessibility assessment conducted in April 2025 have yet been resolved. We are actively working to ensure the portal fully complies with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We expect to achieve full compliance in the near future.
Peaks apps
The Peaks apps for iOS and Android currently do not yet meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines.
Our small development team is working step by step to make the apps fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
2. Content that is (not yet) accessible
The mobile apps (iOS and Android) currently do not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Key limitations include:
- limited compatibility with screen readers;
- incomplete implementation of text resizing.
Since our development team is small, improvements are introduced gradually. We have already implemented the first improvements in text resizing. Further enhancements will follow.
3. Accessibility measures
To improve the accessibility of the Peaks platforms, we have taken the following measures:
- Use of accessible code;
- Screen reader compatibility;
- Keyboard navigation enabled;
- Clear color contrasts applied;
- Zooming/enlargement supported;
- Large, easily recognizable buttons;
- Use of understandable language (B1 level) where possible;
- Alternative text added to informative images.
Stappen die volgen zijn:
- Making all non-legal PDF files accessible for screen readers;
- Conducting user research and discussions with regulators on digital accessibility.
These measures are regularly evaluated and improved.
4. Feedback mechanism

You can reach us:
- By phone: 020 218 8000
